We get a lot of support from the two non execs that we have in the business. It’s been so important to us to have them there and I would not have achieved what we have without some strong mentors behind me. The fact that these people are on the end of the phone when something goes wrong and I don’t know how to fix it, I can just ring them up straight away and ask to go for a pint so we can have a chat. I can spill out all of my problems.
They can say, you need to do that, be careful about this or I know someone who can fix that, and they know all that because they’ve been there and done it already. We rely on our non execs quite heavily, and they’ve been instrumental in helping us to grow the business so fast.
