We like to build a relationship with our clients. We’re very open and honest with them; we like to make it fun for them and allow them to trust us.
Often the phone will ring and it’ll be a client, but not wanting to talk about their PR account, they just want to chew the fat with us. I think that relationship is very important to the client, and also to Christian and me so that we really get to know our clients well.
