What I would do differently is not to have placed as much emphasis on employing people already in recruitment. Sector experience and knowledge along with exceptional people skills works much better in recruitment. We could have saved time and money knowing that in advance.
I am glad to say we have avoided major mistakes. We make minor mistakes often, but are quick to learn from them.
