The i-snapshot team, which is my new exciting project, currently has six employees. It needs to expand to sixty in three countries in the next three years, so I can’t afford to recruit unmotivated people.
I need to recruit a team with the right level of ability and keep them focused on the big hairy goal, and that’s difficult when you employ sixty people. But that’s the barrier that has to be overcome in order for any business to grow.
