I need help with ... >

  • what i really need is people who can work with and nurture the young companies we help in the region, either in a direct mentoring role or as a non executive position. several companies we have supported this year are now in a position that requires them to build up a strong management team to go forward. this i feel at times we lack in the region, as funding houses base a decision on the strength of management, and young companies struggle with this.
