When we took on the bakery I never imagined we’d have the opportunity to move into our own purpose built 20,000 square foot factory, to have this amount of shops and to be able to have the funding to go and refit and re-brand and create something of our own.
Hopefully in another three or five years time I’ll be sitting here and thinking I never thought I would have had the opportunity to do something else.
It’s gone way beyond what I thought was going to happen when I came out of university. I knew setting up my own business was something I eventually wanted to do; I just thought it would come later in life to be honest.
