You never really switch off when you have your own business. If your phone rings when you’re on holiday and its about business, you have to answer it. But when you’re passionate about your work, those sort of things don’t bother me it kind of just comes with the territory.
There’s no cut off of what my responsibility is; it’s all my responsibility. It all comes down to you, so you could say that’s a negative as it is a big part of your life. But I also try and get a balance, I still play football, I still go away, I still see my mates. You’ve got to try and build that in around your business.
