I was looking at the margins of our company and thought, hang on, there’s a lot of potential here for North East Bakery as a business in its own right.
I really wanted the business to grow. I was thinking, how far can we take this, how successful can we make it, what opportunities can we take along the way. I couldn’t get up and think, oh God I’ve got to go to work today. I get up every morning and think I can’t wait to be in there. I couldn’t do it any other way really.
