Running your own business can be very demanding, especially during the initial phase of setting it up and getting it off the ground. Working hours can be intense, you can’t clock watch or wait for the working day to end.
In my first seven months I worked six days every week, only having Sunday off. But it is worth it, the sense of achievement and the personal reward I get is second to none. I got a buzz from living on the edge during my first year. I knew that I needed to make a success of the company to pay bills, staff and numerous offer expenses, otherwise I was in trouble.
