For as long as I can remember all I have wanted to do is work for myself. Currently I work as a trainer for a large training company in Newcastle. Despite enjoying the position, starting my own business remains my ultimate aim.

I see the rewards of building something from scratch as being beyond anything that I could achieve as an employee.

My business idea is to offer companies in the North East customer service and personal development training and coaching, providing online resources in personal development, careers coaching and clinical hypnotherapy.

This involves dealing directly with people as individuals and helping them to develop. I have studied the coaching and training sector long term and have considered starting my own company through developing my ideas and experiences through my employed career.
