Aspiration
My initial goal was to build a career which allowed me to have a good standard of living doing something which really inspired me, something which I was really passionate about. Once I decided this was coaching, my aim was to qualify as a coach to the highest standard possible.
I then wanted to coach clients directly, working in my own business, so I set a plan in place to grow my own coaching practice. The matchmaking side came into play when I realised that coaching was key to making relationships last.
Again I intuitively knew coaching and more mature relationships were heavily reliant on one another but I needed to work out how I made that work and figure out how I could devise a business proposition which made sense to the market.
The business is still very much a work in progress, but I know I’ll get there. The element of surprise is often the routes I’m taking to get where I want to be!
