I have arrived at what I would call the true entrepreneur stage after a long journey from corporate management consultancy. I left Accenture in 2001 after 11 years and spent a further 9 years freelancing as an IT contractor.
Iguess it takes some of us a little bit of time to get to the stage where the confidence and experience of spending more than a little time on the planet collides with finding the right idea to generate the passion to throw everything else out of the window and dive in. Kind of fun, kind of scary.
