Help TariqAs with any new venture it is an adventure. The culmination of over 9 months hard graft and research , we are almost there. Website is coming on lovely and market research is very positive with almost everyone being supportive. Launching in a recession is OK for us as we are looking to help the smaller micro businesses out there achieve their potential in SEO and Google advertising on a slim budget. My background is in offline business and working in IT as an Exchange Server specialist. I have no real experience of launching an online web-only business and hence would be partial to some pearls of wisdom from the more veteran campaigners out there. The main areas where help is needed: 1) Sales strategies/model. We have 3 in mind and need some feedback on which is best or which combination? Anyone been involved in Sales strategies 2) Marketing / promotion startegies. Quite a few ideas here from the usual to cutting edge wild and wacky. Need some feedback on these. 3) Natural or Organic SEO. We require a strategy on the implementation of natural SEO (left side Google) , have ideas but need some help. We will be using SEO software but would also like to explore newer cutting edge ideas. 4) PR and press releases, whats the best way? I realise it's quite a list but if anyone can help on even one point then that would be fantastic. All help will be appreciated and any help we can give you we won't hesitate. Thanks for reading

You need to work with people who have been there and learn from them, so experienced non-executive directors who can ask the difficult questions and keep the business on track and I can learn from are vital.
